So i got a bottle of this... last time i got a bottle of somthing els that said prometh/coidene and thats the good stuff of what i know, like what u make lean out of... but this CHERATUSSIN AC SYRUP stuff, im not real sure about... can you make sum purple drank outa this and lean or is it differnt. yah thats basiccly my question thanks

It just codeine and guaifenesin. Yes you can make drink out of it. Guaifenesin could make you sick thought.

Dude i don't know waht you mean by "making" purple drank...Prometh+Codeine is already what you might call purple drank...I guess if you like to listen to semi-good rap music you can mix it with a sprite and think your just sooo cool but your not really making anything..

chertussin is like the same thing minus prometh and a lil less codiene i think...so...i don't really even know what you're asking...

Promethazine/codeine is the "sizzurp" referred to in rap music...but that shit is disgusting...it's got the bitterness of codeine with a sickly-sweet peach flavor. Just thinking about drinking that shit brings bile to my throat.
Anyways, the Cheratussin AC is as mentioned above just codeine and guiafenesin, which is of much better "abuse" quality than the prometh/codeine. Guafenesin can be taken in relatively large doses with minimal side effects, so my advice to you is chug the entire bottle and within twenty minutes you will be diving into a deep, itchy nod. I was prescribed Cheratussin AC along with Lortabs when I caught pneumonia...trust me. It's worth it.
The prometh/codeine syrup not only tastes unbelievably wretched, the promethazine can make you TOO fucked up to enjoy the codeine buzz. The only benefit of promethazine is that it is an excellent antihistamine and will keep you from itching too badly if codeine has this effect on you (as it does most).
Bottoms up. You're in for a treat.

As an afterthought...if you are looking to get incredibly blasted, chug some "sizzurp." If you are looking for a good, pure and simple narcotic buzz, chug the Cheratussin.

I mix my cheratussin with sprite all the time. It kicks in much faster and tastes a helluva lot better! I don't know how big your bottle is, but I find three times the instructed dose makes me feel it quite well.

In the last city I lived in, there was a mom+pop pharmacy where you could still buy that shit OTC (the one with codeine).. Just had to show your driver's license and fill out a form with your address and stuff,.. and you could only buy a small bottle every few months or something. Was still cool though for a little treat. That was the only pharm in my state that was willing to sell needles without an insulin script incidentally.. I miss them.

Check your state laws and see if cough syrup with codeine is legal over the counter.. If it is, you have to ask for it by name and deal with the paperwork.. A little awkward,.. I said something like, "I have a bad cold and my doctor said you had [refers to note in my pocket] 'Tussin AC' over-the-counter if I show my license?"
